Background

StarJammers Information was started by Hartley C. Saunders II in 2011. Hartley is a software engineer with over 10 years experience serving goverment and commercial clients.  To date SIS has produced Java and Android applications however we have experience coding in Basic, C, C++, Fortran, Perl and Visual Basic.
